Frequently Asked Questions

Whether it's an event big or small, we know there are plenty of questions when you're making plans.

How far in advance do we need to schedule our picnic?

Please try to book your picnic at least 5 days in advance. Upon availability, we can accept reservations made 72 hours in advance. 

 

How do I book a picnic?

Fill out our booking form!

To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance will be due 48 hours before your event date.

What are my options for food?

We do not personally provide food with any of our packages, but we work with local vendors to provide food as add-on options to your package. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages to your picnic.

What is your cancellation policy?

Requests for changes or cancellation must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled event date. We do not offer refunds for any event once full payment has been received. If something occurs to affect your date, services required, guest count, etc. please let us know immediately so we can discuss options. 

 

What happens if it rains and my picnic is outside?

We know that the weather in Texas can be unpredictable. We can always move your picnic to an indoor location! If not, we are happy to reschedule you for another available day and time.
